Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA)

MOCPA is the premier professional development organization dedicated to CPAs in Missouri, representing more than 9,000 members in public practice, industry, government, and education.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, self-starter to develop membership strategies that will help grow and advance the association and our members. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of customer service to ensure the highest quality experience for members.
  • Lead the Public Practice Membership Community, developing all related resources, programs, communications, and advisory roles.
  • Provide strong support for and ensure consistency across all MOCPA Membership Communities.
  • Assist with outreach initiatives to firms, including implementing an annual plan for relationship-building to increase MOCPA’s visibility, value, membership and involvement within the firms.
  • Manage the 100% Membership program; enhance and promote the benefits; retain current companies; and increase number of participating organizations.
  • Coordinate the firm billing program, including communication efforts and roster reconciliations; maximize retention of those on the program; and increase firm/company participation.
  • Develop and disseminate a transition packet/resource kit for members moving from public practice to industry, including encouragement to maintain an active license and guidance on CPE compliance and tracking.
  • Manage the Life Membership Program.
  • Assist the IT Director with data integrity efforts.
  • Ensure all member service benefits and information are up to date on MOCPA website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality membership products and experiences.
  • Respond to membership inquiries via phone and e-mail.
  • Assist on special projects as needed.
