Position Summary

Humanitri is seeking an Office and Finance Manager to join our team and support the vital work we do in the St. Louis community. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by overseeing general office functions and financial management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to our mission.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Office Management
• Manage the day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, procurement of office supplies, and general organization.
• Maintain agency records including contracts, internal policies, property files, and insurance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for office and property maintenance.
• Update and manage constituent database.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities/service events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Financial Oversight
• Manage all financial processes including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Oversee and review accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxes, and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Work with external auditors during annual financial audits to secure needed documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for grants and funding sources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required, experience in financial management in a non-profit setting preferred.
• Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, donor management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Team player who is also able to work independently.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Humanitri.
