The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Senior Director of Programs for our Short-term Transition department. The senior director will participate as a member of St. Patrick Center’s executive leadership team to provide direction in fulfilling the Mission of St. Patrick Center and Catholic Charities. The senior director will oversee all programs within the Short-term Transition department with a focus on client experience, outcomes and compliance with funding ministry guidelines and criteria, overseeing the financial budgets for each program as well as work directly with the Senior Director of Program Operations to ensure accurate reporting on spending, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of each program’s outcomes and expenses. The salary range is between $100,000 and $110,000. St. Patrick Center’s core working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
