Saint Louis Abbey / Saint Louis Priory School

Saint Louis Priory School seeks a highly motivated and strategic leader for our Director of Enrollment Management position. This position is open immediately; however, we are willing to wait until the new school year in order to find the right candidate. Ideal candidates would have five years of admissions office experience, preferably in a secondary school.

The purpose of this position is to embrace and articulate the mission of the school and to lead the creation and attainment of strategic recruiting and retention objectives for students. The Director is responsible for developing the school’s annual and long-term recruitment based on the school’s vision and strategic plan which will lead to successful management of the number of enrolled students, both new and current. The Director supervises and provides leadership and direction to the school’s enrollment management team.

Founded in 1956 by the Benedictine monks of Saint Louis Abbey, Priory is an independent Catholic school for young men in grades 7 through 12. We provide a college preparatory and liberal arts education of the highest excellence using our unique Benedictine approach designed to develop young men in mind, body, and spirit through a rigorous balance of disciplines that challenge the whole person while cultivating a lifelong sense of community.
