ROI Search Partners has been retained by Memory Care Home Solutions to secure their next Director of Development! Memory Care Home Solutions is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by dementia. Their team works tirelessly to create innovative and compassionate programs that foster dignity, independence, and joy.
As the Director of Development, you will spearhead the strategic planning, creation and implementation of fundraising initiatives aimed at securing vital contributions for the organization. You’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying public awareness and appreciation for Memory Care Home Solutions. Your role encompasses direct fundraising efforts and the strategic oversight of our comprehensive development programs, including major gifts, grants, annual giving, planned giving, events, and donor relations.
Qualified candidates will have:
• 5 or more years of fundraising experience
• Demonstrated success cultivating and closing major gifts
• Ability to develop effective partnerships with internal and external constituencies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, organizational and time management skills
Preference to candidates who:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Are CRFE certified
• Experienced in strategic planning, nonprofit budgeting, and working with a Board of Directors
