Villa Duchesne & Oak Hill School
Villa Duchesne is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. This position will provide administrative support to the Portry (CFO/COO, Admissions, Advancement, Business, and Marketing), be the first point of contact for visitors and members of the school community, and route incoming phone calls and mail. This position will also assist with accounts payable/bill pay, bank reconciliations, and purchasing for the School.
