Rosati-Kain Academy

Rosati-Kain Academy is seeking a Development Manager for immediate opening.  Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this position serves on the Advancement Team in the key role of overseeing and coordinating all donor stewardship and planning. The ideal candidate is a collaborative individual who values being part of a team and is enthusiastic about the mission of Rosati-Kain Academy.


  • Maintain donor database and Bloomerang database.
  • Timely gift acknowledgment.
  • Partner with CDO and President in creation of annual development plan.
  • Work in partnership with the finance office to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of donations.
  • Coordination of all mailing and appeals including assisting with strategy and execution.
  • Management of monthly giving program.
  • Responsible for development related marketing materials and RKA website updates including annual report.
  • Manage and coordinate event fundraising activities: venue, budget tracking, guest management, etc., that include annual gala.
  • Coordinate committees of volunteers to expand fundraising and non-fundraising programs.
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward donors for fundraising and non-fundraising events.
  • Manage and maintain financial records for each event to ensure that the logistics, budgets, and timelines are met for assigned events and campaigns.
  • Support and maintain the vision and mission of the organization.
  • Ensure personal accountability for meeting deadlines and responding to volunteer, donor, and other department requests.
  • Collaborate with all agency staff to ensure the critical growth and success of the fundraising activities.
  • Work with a high-level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
