Position Overview:
The Director of Enrollment and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student enrollment and retention and managing the school’s marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, parents, and the broader community, to promote the school’s mission and ensure the achievement of enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy to attract and retain students.
Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families.
Analyze enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate and lead recruitment events, such as open houses, school tours, and informational sessions.

Marketing and Communications:
Create and implement a strategic marketing plan to promote the school’s brand and mission.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
Oversee the school’s website and social media presence to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
Develop relationships with local media and community organizations to enhance the school’s visibility.

Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with the school’s administration, faculty, and staff to support enrollment and marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reports and updates to the school leadership on enrollment trends, marketing efforts, and progress toward goals.
Train and supervise admissions staff, ensuring high professionalism and effectiveness.

Community Engagement:
Foster relationships with current families, prospective families, feeder schools, alumni, and student-based programs to encourage community support and involvement.
Represent the school at community events, recruitment events, and functions to build partnerships and enhance the school’s profile.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of Catholic education and the ability to articulate the school’s mission and values.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and CRM systems (Finalsite Enrollment, Skyward, etc.)
Proficiency in website management and maintenance (Edlio Websites)
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enrollment and marketing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
