Wyman

The TOP and TCP Director is a member of the Wyman TOP and TCP local program team and is responsible for full oversight of the TOP and TCP programming at Wyman partner sites (University City and Ferguson-Florissant School Districts).

This role reports to Wyman’s Senior Director of Programs and is responsible for the high-quality, fidelity implementation of TOP and TCP at Wyman partner sites; recruiting, hiring, training and supporting the TOP and TCP local program team; the effective integration of the implementation of the programs into the partner sites, including collaboration with school administrators and staff; developing and managing costs within the approved budget(s); and supporting data collection, evaluation and continual quality improvement of the programs.

The ideal candidate will possess an ability to establish and sustain positive rapport with teens and families of all ages and diverse backgrounds and will have demonstrated effective leadership, delegation, and team building skills with success in coaching and developing staff. We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work and supervisory experience (5+ years preferred) and 1+ year of youth development experience. The ability to be a field instructor for practicum students is strongly preferred.
