Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for a variety of projects and initiatives at the Academy, ensuring effective coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for science, and a commitment to fostering diversity in STEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects and programs.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and reports.
  • Track project progress and prepare updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Support grant writing and reporting processes as needed.
  • Manage logistical aspects of events, programs, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist with financial tracking and budget management for projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with Neon and/or other fundraising or CRM software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with science education or research is a plus.
