Executive Leadership Opportunity
AgeSmart Community Resources is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its dynamic senior services organization in Southwestern Illinois. Serving a seven-county area, AgeSmart is a mature, stabile nonprofit impacting thousands of older adults and their caregivers annually. AgeSmart programs support independent living and enhance quality of life for older adults.
The CEO will oversee the operations, programs, strategic imperatives and fiscal health of the organization. AgeSmart also serves as a grant maker, distributing funds to nonprofit partners. Expertise in fiscal management, staff leadership and supporting a healthy workplace culture, fund development, advocacy and public policy, strategy and board support is desired. Nonprofit management experience is preferred. Experience in the older adult services industry is highly recommended. A master’s degree is preferred and a bachelor’s degree required.
