ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY

The Community Impact Network (“Network”) is a private operating foundation that builds equity by serving those who create opportunities for people in the 24:1 community to learn, live, and leave a legacy. The 24:1 community includes the people who live in the municipalities and sections of unincorporated north St. Louis County that make up the Normandy Schools Collaborative school district.
The Network has about seventy-five member organizations who collectively serve the 24:1 community in the Network’s three priority areas: (1) Network members create opportunities for people to access quality education throughout their life (“Learning”); (2) Network members create opportunities for people to be safe and healthy, get a job, move through the housing continuum (“Living”); and (3) Network members create opportunities for people to leave a positive legacy for future generations (“Legacy”).
The Network’s staff serve in three main ways: (1) by listening to community stakeholders to inform how the Network does its work and to identify community needs, goals, and dreams (“Engaging”); (2) by working with service providers to address community needs, improve services, craft solutions to challenges, align around shared objectives, and build connections between community members and those who serve them (“Collaborating”); and (3) providing a suite of supportive services, including financial, strategic, and organizational resources, to service providers working in the Network’s priority areas (“Investing”).
The Network has an annual budget of about $15 million and roughly 15 full-time employees.

Position SUMMARY

The Community Impact Network seeks Data & Service Systems Coordinator that will be instrumental with Salesforce administration, as well as data analysis to advance the vision and mission of the Network and help execute a variety of data-related projects. We are seeking an organized, flexible, and innovative individual who loves to think analytically, collaborate with
others, and takes initiative to execute projects effectively. The Data & Service Systems Coordinator will be an integral part of Network’s service department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Salesforce & Systems Support
• Collaborate with the Data Manager in implementing data strategies for the Network by supporting data collection, organization and system processes within and beyond the Salesforce environment.
• Serve as a Salesforce System Administrator, overseeing daily operations and system functionality.
• Carry out routine Salesforce administrative tasks, including data entry, data cleaning and verification, user account management, report and dashboard creation, and basic automations.
• Assist in training users on Salesforce, Monday.com, and other key platforms to build team capacity and system adoption.
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
Project & Platform Coordination
• Provide coordination and administrative support for internal and external projects, including helping to maintain and organize workflows in Monday.com.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce and its related integrations.
• Develop and run reports in Salesforce for quality assurance, internal reporting, and decision-making support.
• Support data analysis efforts for various analytic projects and reporting needs, including Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
• Engage proactively with Network teams to identify and expand Salesforce use cases across the organization.
Data Engagement & Service Integration
• Support the Network Service team and Data Manager in maintaining the Salesforce referral tool by conducting informational interviews with select Network member organizations, managing data accuracy, and assisting with external communications.
• Partner closely with the service team and Data Manager on Salesforce-based special projects.
• Collaborate with the Data Manager to develop data engagement strategies for Network members.
• Collaborate with the service team on the execution of events, training, and other Network-wide initiatives.
• Provide data administrative support during reporting periods, ensuring streamlined data processes and Salesforce integration to meet the needs of funded members and the Service Impact Manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical education preferred) and/or relevant experience in project management, data analysis, data management, and database administration; Salesforce experience preferred
• 1–3 years of experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and/or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
• Nonprofit and/or nonprofit foundation experience preferred.
• Preferred certified Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time, in-office position in a standard office environment. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility in working hours is available, but regular office hours are generally preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires the use of computers, phones, and personal conversations. The constant use of eyes and hands will be required in all environments where work is performed. The incumbent may stand, walk, reach, stoop, climb, lift, carry, and bend occasionally when performing essential job functions in the office and at other locations. These activities may include walking through various locations and at activities, operation of common office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machine, mailboxes, or scanner.
