Position Summary
A teacher’s aide at Holy Cross Academy is passionate about fostering,
developing, and evaluating a high-spirited, progressive learning environment which supports the health, welfare, safety and spirit of our students, faculty and parents.

HCA is looking for Teacher’s Aides for our Kindergarten-2nd grade campus at the Primary campus.

Requirements
Prior experience working with students in a classroom setting.
Duties & Responsibilities As a Teacher’s Aide:
 Displays excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with educators, families, and community leaders effectively.
 Coordinate activities with teachers and administration.
 Works with teachers to provide in-class instruction that meets diverse
learning needs.
 Is student-focused and nurtures a caring and inclusive school
environment.
 Communicates with faculty, staff, and parents regularly and in a joyful,
supportive manner.
 Must be organized, collaborative and flexible.
 Must complete the Safe Environment Program through the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
