Sweet Babies

General Description:

Sweet Babies is a 501(c)(3) volunteer driven nonprofit providing tangible support to over 2,000 families a year. Programs focus on the health and well-being of newborns and infants. The Mother/Baby program provides starter gift bags at birthing hospitals for at-risk and underserved families with newborns. The Safe Sleep program aids families who need safe sleep environment for infants. Sweet Babies also operates outreach programs providing emergency supplies to a children’s hospital, several pediatric clinics and individuals who require immediate assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive assistant providing administrative and operational support. Assist with day-to-day tasks ensuring efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment, handling general office duties. Includes data tracking, managing correspondence with donors and assisting with some fundraising events. Oversee deliveries and tracking orders. Assist volunteers and team in other tasks as determined. Part-time mornings only.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree with prior experience working in an administrative position in the field of health care or social work.

Key Competencies:

Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to climb stairs and lift 15-30 pounds.
