Immediate full-time opening Painting Contractors Association (St. Louis, Missouri – serving contractor businesses worldwide), an established and growing trade association is now accepting applications for an active, attentive, purposeful individual to join our team. You will be working with an ambitious, logical, analytical team of people.

ABOUT THE JOB – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Lifecycle Support / Retention:

Answer calls, emails, and in-person questions in an upbeat and supportive wayPromote relevant courses, resources, events, and publications to members and prospective members
Guide members through membership benefit path to be sure they receive excellent value
Effectively identify and implement personalized growth paths for new members and subscribers
Identify ways to ensure all subscribers experience value that translates to retention
Reengage ‘at-risk’ members by adding value and mitigate member losses / lapses
Proactively identify ‘at-risk’ members

Engagement / Attraction:

Proactively engage individuals in our industry with personalized compelling content, support, and information
Communicate the value, benefits, and virtues of PDCA affiliation
Identify, contact, build relationships, and recruit members and subscribers
Educate industry on various offerings that will improve and grow their businesses

Administrative & Reporting:

Ensure consistent and accurate CRM upkeep throughout organization
Develop and administer member feedback surveys at specific touchpoints to be sure we are delivering on promises
Light analytics and reporting on membership stats and results
Use past information to help predict future member behaviors and identify new ways to retain and serve them

REQUIREMENTS:

A formal degree and/or demonstrable history of educational progression
5+ years of previous Member (or Customer) Service experience required, such as Experience in a membership role
Experience with attracting and recruiting members
Retaining members and reducing member attrition
Managing customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention

PREFERRED: 2+ years of Supervisory or management experience preferred Experience with technologies such as CRM or customer databases, Association Management Software preferred

SCHEDULE:

Generally, Monday – Friday, 9-5 with some flexibility to meet your needs
Working from our office at Page & Lindbergh
Infrequent travel to 2-3-day events

COMPENSATION: $40 – $50K annually to start, depending on experience
