POSITION OVERVIEW
Youth In Need, a leading non-profit organization that serves children, youth, and families in St. Louis and the surrounding counties, is seeking a full time Street Outreach Program Supervisor. This position is based out of the County and City of St. Louis, MO. The Street Outreach Program Supervisor is responsible for managing operations of our Street Outreach program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage daily operations of the Street Outreach Program.
· Increase community education and awareness of RHY issues and YIN services.
· Guide, supervise, and increase professional development of SOP team.
· Provide client services for runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidates must have demonstrated successful residential program experience
· Knowledge of youth culture, needs of homeless youth population, and working with hard to reach populations.
· Must be able to obtain a Class E License and be insurable under our auto-liability coverage
· Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education or related field
