Junior League of St. Louis

Junior League of St. Louis is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support boutique retail sales and cinnamon roll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, retail sales, and hands-on operational support in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and retail customers
  • Support boutique retail sales, including product setup and transactions
  • Assist with cinnamon roll sales, vendor coordination, ordering, and fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/database systems
  • Maintain accurate information in membership database and with local and national leadership, including  membership records management
  • Support fundraising events, promotions, and special sales activities
    Coordinate reservations for shifts, meetings, and events
  • Purchasing on behalf on the Junior League of St. Louis
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with general office support

Qualifications: 

  • Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
  • Positive, reliable, and sales-focused mindset

Schedule & Details: 
20–25 hours per week
Hours may vary based on sales volume and events
Hybrid role (on-site boutique in Kirkwood and administrative support, minimum one day weekly)
