Concordance’s reentry program is designed to dramatically reduce recidivism by helping individuals with justice involvement lead meaningful, abundant, and joyful lives. Our holistic, evidence-based model offers a wide range of services – therapy, case management, yoga, behavioral health and substance use recovery groups, spiritual care, life skills, medical care, education, and job readiness. Our Care Team formally supports each participant for a full year, ensuring stability and long-term success. Overview: 
The Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Concordance’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This position provides essential coordination, administrative and project support across fundraising initiatives, assists with donor outreach strategies, manages donor records, tracks fundraising results, and ensures timely communication with supporters.

Key Responsibilities – your role will involve 

Database & List Management

  • Maintain donor and prospect information, including data entry, tracking, and routine database maintenance in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Pull lists from the database to support targeted outreach, events, and communications.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
  • Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM (Hubspot).
  • Enter and reconcile gifts. Work with the finance team to support monthly reporting and year-end reporting.
  • Produce donor lists, mailing lists, dashboards and basic fundraising reports.

Administrative Support

  • Manage gift processing and maintain accurate donor records, including pledge reminders and recurring gifts.
  • Provide general development support as needed to ensure a smooth donor experience.
  • Coordinate mailings and communications to donors, members, and prospects.
  • Assist with grant research, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for development records.

Donor Engagement & Outreach

  • Prepare donor acknowledgement letters, gift receipts and stewardship communications.
  • Assist with donor research, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate donor meetings, briefings, presentations and follow-up meetings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of donor outreach strategies to engage and retain supporters.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of donor correspondence, including acknowledgments, pledge tracking, and impact reports.

Donor Recognition

  • Ensure timely and accurate donor acknowledgments and tax receipts.
  • Maintain donor recognition displays and materials.
  • Coordinate stewardship activities to engage and retain supporters.

Required Education Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
    Experience with donor databases or CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
