Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President and Executive Director of Development, the Annual Giving Officer (AGO) will lead a dynamic and multi-channel annual giving program. The AGO will sustain and grow the hospital’s $3M annual fund, engage donors through appeals, events, and ensure a strong donor pipeline through the Grateful Patient Program. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: Preferred 3 years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in annual giving. Healthcare or grateful patient fundraising preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
Licensure: CFRE considered but not required
