Overview

Role Purpose

Supports donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition, engagement, and clinical partnerships by managing and coordinating strategic stewardship activities and tailored engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Produces personalized stewardship, including annual reporting on endowments, reporting to donors of gift impact related to special projects or major gifts, and customized acknowledgments
    In collaboration with philanthropy team, facilitate gifts for special donor cultivation and stewardship occasions
  • Collaborates with philanthropy team, donor services, communications/marketing, grant administration, and other departments to create strategic initiatives and outreach efforts that support donor development, clinical and research partnerships, and community benefit.
  • Analyzes trends in order to recommend appropriate donor relations activities for all constituencies.
  • Coordinates implementation of the Foundation’s donor engagement program across all foundation departments and outreach platforms.
  • Devises and ensures the use of consistent, accurate and appropriate tracking of stewardship activities and production of reports to donors.

Minimum Requirements

Degree:  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:  5-10 years
