Dayna M. Stock, Ph.D., is Chief Executive Officer of The Rome Group. With more than 25 years in the nonprofit sector, she applies a practical, data-informed approach to help organizations accomplish their goals and maximize mission impact.
Dayna is a trusted advisor to executives and boards across the nonprofit sector. Some of her past clients include BJC Healthcare, Memorial Foundation, Meds and Food for Kids, NinePBS, Great Rivers Greenway, and Senior Services Plus. She is a sought-after speaker and panelist, sharing insights at national forums and industry events.
Prior to joining The Rome Group, Dayna served as Chief Development Officer at United Way of Greater St. Louis and led a record-setting campaign of over $76 million for the St. Louis nonprofit community. In 2024, she was featured on the cover of St. Louis Small Business Monthly as one of the region’s Most Admired Business Leaders. Dayna holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a B.S. in communications from Missouri State University.
