LeeAnn specializes in major gift and capital fundraising, fundraising strategy, and campaign management. With a proven track record in campaign and volunteer leadership, she has guided a diverse range of organizations to successfully meet their fundraising goals.

Prior to joining The Rome Group, LeeAnn honed her skillset across a variety of development and consulting roles, serving as a fundraising consultant for CCS, holding positions at the United Way of Greater St. Louis, and working as the Campaign Director for Central Reform Congregation. Since joining TRG, LeeAnn has supported numerous capital campaigns, including providing counsel to the Brickline Greenway, Edwardsville Arts Center, Forsyth School, American Youth Foundation, and Eye Thrive.

LeeAnn holds a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.
