Ellen focuses on fundraising assessment, planning and implementation. She uses her organizational skills, experience, and drive to help clients raise more money.

Before joining The Rome Group, Ellen served as the Senior Vice President of Association Advancement at the YMCA of Greater St. Louis. Under Ellen’s leadership, the YMCA raised $20 million in a comprehensive campaign.

Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and has a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.

Ellen currently serves on the Board of Directors for Association of Fundraising Professionals St. Louis Chapter and chairs the Sponsorship Committee.
