Jason joined The Rome Group in early 2025 with a focus on capital campaign planning and management, strategic fundraising planning, and coaching professionals to identify and maximize their talents.

Prior to joining The Rome Group, Jason served for more than two decades in the nonprofit sector with senior leadership roles in health care, social services, basic needs, and higher education. He has led and consulted on capital campaigns ranging from $1 million to over $100 million.

Jason holds a BA in Management and Leadership and an MBA from Webster University. He is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – St. Louis Chapter.

Jason enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with his three sons, two dogs, and one grumpy cat.
