Nikki Goldstein, MSW, Consultant, brings experiences and skills honed during a career in non-profit leadership.

For the past 23 years Nikki strategically led the growth and evolution of Crown Center for Senior Living as Executive Director, where she garnered and deployed human and financial resources to meet service delivery and revenue goals for operations and capital needs; developed and cultivated outstanding lay leadership for effective governance; increased the scope and impact of services to clients with implementation of an entrepreneurial program model; and supervised and motivated a multi-disciplinary staff team.

Nikki previously served as Director of Operations at Jewish Federation, where she was responsible for leadership development and training. Her managerial work has been enriched by her social work experience providing direct services to teens and older adult clients.
