Nikki Goldstein, MSW, is a consultant with deep nonprofit leadership experience and a practical, mission-driven approach. She helps organizations grow, adapt, and stay grounded in what matters most.

As Executive Director of Crown Center for Senior Living, Nikki led the organization through meaningful growth and change. Her work brought people, strategy, and resources together in service of both mission and long-term sustainability.

Along the way, she helped secure the people and resources needed to meet service delivery, operational, and capital goals. Over the course of her tenure, she strengthened volunteer leadership, supported effective governance, expanded services through an entrepreneurial program model, and built a strong multidisciplinary team.

Earlier in her career, Nikki served as Director of Operations at the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, where she focused on leadership development and training.

Her effectiveness has been further shaped by her background in social work, including direct service with teens and older adults.
