Elizabeth partners with nonprofit boards and staff to clarify direction, strengthen alignment, and turn big aspirations into actionable plans.
Her work is grounded in engaging, inclusive facilitation that brings people into the process and builds the shared understanding needed to act. Clients value her ability to create engagements that are both rigorous and genuinely energizing, resulting in plans that are actually used.
Elizabeth has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Since joining The Rome Group in 2020, she has led or supported more than 75 nonprofit engagements across the St. Louis region and beyond.
She holds an MA in History with graduate certifications in Museum Studies and Organizational Change and Conflict Management. She is a Fellow of the Shannon Leadership Institute.
Elizabeth is inspired daily by the extraordinary work of the St. Louis nonprofit community. She lives in University City with her family, one cat, one dog, and too many gardens.
